Music has shaped every part of my life — in classrooms, rehearsal rooms, stages around the world, and now in school-wide leadership. As an educator, choir director, and performing vocalist, I live at the intersection of discipline and joy, structure and creativity. My career spans middle and high school classrooms, choirs of over 100 singers, instrumental ensembles, professional recording studios, iconic venues, and directing music programs in schools.

I believe music is learned best through doing: listening deeply, singing together, creating with intention, and performing with purpose. As a teacher and leader, my focus is on strong musicianship, thoughtful and inclusive repertoire, and nurturing students' confidence, resilience, and genuine connection to their own voice, one another, and the broader community. I prioritize culturally responsive teaching, student well-being, and environments where every student feels seen, valued, and empowered. As a performer, I bring the same values to the stage—musical integrity, presence, and authentic expression—creating experiences that are meaningful and deeply human.
